Hopper Dryer
The main controllers and material hopper receivers are designed independently to ensure safety and convenience. This setup allows for connecting two or more hopper receivers, enabling single or multiple material conveyance. It significantly increases material conveying capacity, reaching up to 700 kg/hr, with a maximum conveying distance of 10 meters. All models are suitable for transporting materials over long distances and are easy to operate, meeting various customer needs. Key Features: All material contact parts are constructed from stainless steel to prevent contamination. The aluminum-cast hopper barrel offers a smooth surface and maintains temperature effectively. A noise-reducing blower with an anti-dust design ensures materials remain uncontaminated. The hopper barrel includes transparent windows to monitor material levels easily. Industrial Chiller
Air chillers feature fin-type condensers that operate without the need for cooling water. They offer efficient heat transfer and excellent heat dissipation. These units support a cooling temperature range from 5°C to 35°C, with some models capable of reaching as low as 3°C (±1°C accuracy). Compressor power options range from 3HP to 30HP, providing flexible cooling capacity. Oil Type Mold Temperature Controller
Oil Type Mold Temperature Controller use oil as heating media to realize heat exchange by indirect cooling. Oil type has its superiorities with wide temperature controlled range and excellent heat stability. Standard heating temperature can reach at 200°C while high temperature type can reach 300°C.
